Shipping Updates
Free shipping worldwide on orders over $99.

For U.S. Customers:

  • We aim to check and pack orders within 5 business days.
  • You will be notified via email if an item is out of stock.
  • Orders will usually arrive within 7-15 business days of shipment, depending on your destination.

For International Customers:

  • We aim to check and pack orders within 5 business days.
  • You will be notified via email if an item is out of stock.
  • All international orders will usually arrive within 7-28 business days of shipment, depending on your destination.

Order Shipping Fees and Estimated Delivery:

  • Under $60: $7.99, delivery in 7-28 business days
  • $60-$99: $5.99, delivery in 7-28 business days
  • Over $99: Free shipping, delivery in 7-28 business days

Note: Shipping rates for remote countries will be calculated based on logistics and distance and will be displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • We cover all customs duties and fees for shipments to the USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.
  • For the rest of the world: We will attempt to avoid customs duties, but if incurred, they are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to indicate the order's value on the package.
  • We are not responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient refuses to pay customs taxes and duties.

Delivery:

  • We cannot refund or replace packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
  • We cannot process refunds for undelivered orders due to incorrect, incomplete, or insecure shipping addresses.
  • Items marked undelivered due to address issues can be reissued only if returned and will incur a re-shipping fee.

In rare cases, customers may need to pick up their packages from the local post office. We cannot issue refunds if customers refuse to collect packages from the post office, nor can we process refunds for refused packages. Packages cannot be returned to our warehouse since we ship from overseas.
